We carefully ship your orders from France in partnership with carriers known for their reliability.
Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method:
France (Metropolitan)
- DPD Predict: Home delivery in 24 to 48 hours — €8, free for orders over €200
- Pickup Point Delivery: Delivery to a pickup point in 24 to 48 hours — €6, free for orders over €200
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain
- DPD Classic: Delivery within 2 to 7 days — €15, free for orders over €200
- DHL Express: Delivery within 24-48 hours — €22, free for orders over €200
Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Malta, Sweden
- DHL Express: Delivery within 24-48 hours — €22, free for orders over €200
Note: Customs fees may apply for shipments outside the EU. These remain the responsibility of the customer. We are currently exploring the possibility of including them in advance for greater transparency.
Returns
We hope your order meets your full satisfaction. You have 14 days after receiving your package to request a return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Returns are accepted only for items purchased online through our official website.
Returns are free for metropolitan France.
For other European countries, returns are the responsibility of the customer. The carrier is freely chosen, provided it offers a tracking service.
